The Mission of the Rutland Youth Soccer Association is to:
- Promote the sport of soccer.
- Establish and maintain a soccer training and education program.
- Affiliate with and cooperate with other similar organizations for the purpose of advancing the soccer effort.
- Enter teams into competition by participating in any organized league or unscheduled competitive programs.
